How to replace lower front/torque mounts

In the process of replacing the two lower engine mounts. How do you remove the bolt from the mount? It just came off like that.

    Thanks

its a large nut (shown on left) that is held to the inner bolt - you should wind it back onto the metal mount and maybe hit it with a impact gun to crack it

    Thanks Bennjamin,

What's if I don't own power tools as such...?

put two nuts on the other side to lock it.

    Not working man.
Got myself an impact gun with up to 480nm of adjustable powa, with wd40. Not working.

No idea what to do with two nuts.

On the right side of the bolt. Put one nut in, then another nut.

Wind those two nuts you just put in on each other so they lock.

Now you have some leverage to undo the nut on the left
