1993-1995 Honda Civic EG8 Fuel Filter Change...Help WTF (Also posted in Other)

    Civic EG8 Chasis
    D15b Non-Vtec Engine

So after scratching my head for a while when trying to find my fuel pump I realised that this set up is a mix of the Concerto and the Civic.
Civic Chasis, Concerto Fuel Pump/Tank etc.

So now I have No clue where the fuel filter is. The fuel pump I can ascertain is only removable once the fuel tank has been dropped. Fuel filter for a 1990 Concerto is located at the rear. However I cannot find any literature on the "hybrid" version of these 2 honda models.

    Thanks however

Thanks for the reply. However that is incorrect. The fuel filter was moved there in the newer 1993 civics onwards, my version is under the car, 10cms from the fuel tank, covered by a plastic mud shield.

It was a B*TCH to change...ended up with a face full of petrol.

    Hey

    Yeah, my fault.

I realised when I said non-vtec that there was also the EFI version made.
