Does anyone know what this piece is called?

It's an air guide for the radiator. Works the same as an aftermarket cooling plate.
Search s2000 stock air guide and stuff will come up. As for a part number I have no idea

Thanks for this; found it! Funny cause when I looked up air guide all it showed me was intake tubes and the stock airbox...

I just wrote in s2000 stock air guide and it came straight up haha

That's the right part. Make sure it also includes the air con cover.
I sold mine a while back so try and buy it second hand off somebody
