    Hi guys!

    I have a Honda Integra dc5 2002
I was driving my car was in 3rd gear hitting the red line, then I down shifted into 2nd (gearbox was jammed)
the car started to rev high then I clutched in. Now car wont start!

Love to hear any feedback on how to fix it, or what the problem may be

No one here can help you over the interwebs.

Your best to take it in to mechanics.

Why the fk would you shift into 2nd after redlining 3rd?

Is that even possible. I would've guessed the syncros wouldn't have spun enfu to let you get into gear. Not that I've tired this before.

unfortunately brain cells don't grow. you're allocated a certain amount and if you lose them, they don't regenerate.

Go to mechanic in all honesty.

A friend of mine recently miss shifted from 5th to 2nd doing 120 km/h and he now needs a new head for his B18C7.

It could mean that you need a whole new head. But get it checked out by a mechanic.

Bent valves will mean you need new head anyway..

does the car crank over ? if so does it sound normal as in there is compression ?

If you cannot see the conrod sticking out the front of the block check the back of the block

if you recover from this you should look into getting a shifter lockout mechanism
