FN2R Injen Question

Hey guys, I've just bought an FN2R Injen intake from JDMYARD and just have some questions as I just bought the FN2 and don't know too much about it

Anyways, when the intake is installed are the Fog light intakes required? I see many of them for sale on eBay but not too sure if I should buy them.

Also, would anyone be able to install the intake for me, will pay you of course

no 'fog light intakes' (its called intake duct) not required, unless your chasing that hellaflush sorta look.

Or if you have a full on race car prob's make a difference there.

But no in your case it wont.

I would say install yourself, but the last guy I told this ended up loosing clamps that he took off.

It does come wit pic and is straightforward. Shit I've seen vids of females on youtube installing their CAI.

I've installed an Injen CAI in my Prelude and I haven't got the greatest knowledge when working on cars.

It took roughly 2 hours and was very straight forward with the instructions.

Can't find instructions on there site atm but it isn't too hard to do.

Yh nh I wouldn't bother. You can get them if you want, but they bit exy. I think mugen do them only, and maybe tegiwa.

You have to relocate the battery from memory.. Can't remember if you need to do that with the injen ones

Direct bolt on set up.

I think those USDM K20 and K24 Civic Si's need the battery to be relocated.

@EG5 Are there any gains on the FN2? I heard the intake has flat spots?

Yes if you are using USDM k20 civic SI intake on FN2r , you need battery relocation kit

You wouldn't have noticed the flat spots, if you were not told about it.

To fix you need tune, just like another performance mod you.

I would say after getting the I/H/E get a flashpro to maximise your gains and fix the flat spots.
