Accord euro cu2 lowering springs or coils??

Hey guys sorry if this has already been posted before. I have just bought a accord euro 2009 and chucked on 19" rims on it. I want to lower it, what would be better to use ,coils or springs? And what would be the lowest I could go ?

    Many thanks

coilovers would be the best way of lowering but its technically illegal in NSW to ride on coilovers. The minimum requirement is 100mm from the lowest point of the car, ie exhaust or control arm or body work - which ever part is the lowest.

Hey thanks for getting back to me. Could you recommend some springs I could get that would lower the car as much as possibe legally?? Would the rear wheels camber after lowering it ? Reckon I should chuck on some spacers after sacking it...opinions please??
