    Diff rebuild

So my diff blew a couple of days ago and I'm currently in the process of rebuilding it. Got a crown and pinion (4.77) final drive from Mazda, housing from another s2000, all seals and LSD. Is that all I need to bring to a diff specialist (apart from cash)? Also where can I find a brand new LSD in Sydney? I check the stores such as JDMYARD, but they dont have it in stock, only on order will they get 1 in. Thanks, new to the s2000 scene

Sorry for late reply been busy with the diff etc. rainy day thought it'll be ok if I launched it at 2.5k rpm and it just went. I had a feeling it was starting to go through the diff whines and metal shards from changing the diff fluids but didn't expect it to go so soon.

As for my current situation, took the diff to d&r diffs (chipping Norton) they were very helpful but not really keen on modding the diff with new short fd, aftermarket lsd and so forth and they repeatedly advised me to just get a secondhand diff.

So yea kinda in a pickle lol

I too recommend neat he was fast, best Honda box I have owned and driven. Even sourced me second hand OEM FD for cheap.

Shipping to him was fast and cheap via EGO, paid like $65 and took 2 days from Hornsby to SA.

To give a comparison, my box had over 200,000KM on it, Sam send it back better than, what my brothers 103,xxxKM rebuilt box feels. (bro given got few syncros replaced)
