Intermittentt grown coming from the front when corning up hill & slight acceleration

I've had this intermittent issue for over a year now.
If I'm turning (mainly notice it turning right) and going up an incline as I slowly accelerate there is a growning noise coming from the front. It does it a lot turning into our estate as the entrance is a small hill. I may also get it existing a round about if it's on a hilly bit of road. Power to the car seems to be lessened. Auto trans maybe?

Yep, all fine. It feels transmission like and can feel the vibration through the accelerator pedal.

I have it booked in @ my local Honda service for an AT flush (as well as brake flush, Fuel filter and fix my squeaking rear brakes) on the 5th Dec so fingers crossed. It's running a but shitty lately so hopefully after this is it's all sweet again.
Oil and oil filter, air filter and cabin filters I do myself.

    It won't be cheap.
I was quoted $90 for the brake flush and $125 labour + filter for the fuel filter change.
Dunno what the rest will cost but it needs doing.
