    Humming noise 1.8L Manual

    Howdy,

I've got a 2010 Civic Vti 1.8L. So for the last maybe 6 months or so there has been a humming noise that sounds like its coming from the rear of the car when i drive. I havn't noticed any performance issues and can't be noticed when its idling, but is noticeable if you're sitting in the back seat.

Has anyone had that? I think it's the muffler, but when I raised the car I couldn't see anything externally.

Does the sound increase and you go faster?

If so could be your rear wheel bearings...

I have that too. Extremely loud vibrating noise when traveling on the freeway. Check how your tyres are wearing
