Sway bars, how good are they?

I've been looking into extra handling mods for my CL9 and have heard good things about sway bars. I have a fair understanding of how they work but I'm not sure which ones to be going for and how well they will perform.

Would a RSB be the best place to start? Car is already lowered by approx. 35mm on springs

    Cheers.

    Sounds good, thanks guys.
I've heard good things about Progress, but they're mainly from the states right? Pretty costly.
I'm looking at this one here: http://ultraracingaustralia.com.au/i...product_id=109 good buy?
What sort of differences would this make to the handling? Not expecting to blast around corners at full speed but are they significant changes?

the body will be a lot "tighter" and you'll understeer less.

When installing a larger rear swaybar - make sure to atleast torque all fasteners correctly.
The larger bar will pluck the standard subframe mounts if there is a inbalance of sorts.
