    k24 crv oil leak

Dad's 250k KMs crv has a bad oil leak from the cover looking thing behind the power steering pump, right next to the intake manifold.
is there a gasket for it or just need to re-apply the silicon?
what is behind it? will there be a spring loaded part pop out upon removal of said cover?

Even if it uses a gasket, you can reseal it using Hondabond or Permatex Ultra Grey.
