EP3 - installing bc br coilovers

hey guys,
just bought a set of bc br coilovers and planning on installing them tomorrow.
first time installing coilovers :/ but should be straight forward right?
no need for spring compressors?
any tips would be good thanks

Straight bolt out,bolt in.

They should have 4mm of preload. Which is the width of the c-spanner.
