Anyone got any tips for refreshing the window trims on my "88 SI prelude? they seem to be aluminium, with a black coating that is flaking off. I guess I can just respray them matt black but how do I clean of the original coating without scratching them? Then theres the hard/perished door window wiping rubbers (drip strips?) - more of a challenge - cant find any s/hand or new. has anyone succeeded in reconditioning them?
