Safe to use Liquid nails on PU bodykits?

Hi im not sure if any of you have any experience with this

but i have a side skirt that is loose.

aftermarket Polyurethane plastic that was previously attached via a combo of screws, 3m tape and some kind of adhesive (i assume silicone/PU)

Anyway, i happen to have a tube of selleys liquid nails and all it really needs is a squirt of some adhesive to be fixed
im being a tightass instead of going out and buying a brand new tube of silicone adhesive (i dont even know what im supposed to buy anyway) which id literally use one blob of

Anyone know if its safe to use, or should i go buy something made for purpose?

the packaging on the liquid nails says safe to use on plastics but doesnt specify what kind

    thanks
