2012 Civic hatch - can it run 91

Hi folks, been a while since I've been on here since I let my teg go. Anyway I thought I'd ask the brains trust about this one. I have a 2012 civic hatch (RA18 bog stock). Since it's UK built, the fuel specifies a minimum 95 RON fuel. I've dug and dug here and there and it looks for all intents and purposes identical to the aussie (Thai built) sedan RA18 motor which takes 91.

Keen to save a few cents on the daily beater.

So question is, can I reflash to run 91?

What the user manual say? Use nothing less than what it recommends.
