    Cl9 sensor

    Hi guys I've got a CL9,
I hit a box on the freeway about 1 year ago and the engine light came on straight away
When I looked under the car I can see a sensor exposed, I know it should have a cover to protect it but it doesn't so I assume it would be that O2 sensor that got hit by the box.
I never got it fixed and now we hit a roo, we have had the car brought back to its original condition through insurance.
My Question guys is once they hook up a scanner to find out which sensor is damaged, can they tell exactly when the sensor was damaged ?
Or does it just come up with which sensor is faulty/damaged?

    Thanks guys
