civic eg po6 ecu problem

Hi all, does anybody know som1 who can repair ecu in nsw? my current ecu for my civic eg d15b7 efi has a majour delay starting. i have narrowed it down to be the ecu not grounding the main relay fuel pump signal and have confirmed it the ecu as wen i manually apply ground on the main relay the fuel pump will prime. i have borrowed another po6 ecu and it works fine but would like mine repaired if possible.
