    Stripped cam cap thread

So in the proces of checking valve clearances i noticed one of the bolts on the cam retainer was loose. Looks like the previous owner has overtorqued and stripped the thread out of the hole and then just hondabonded the bolt back in...

Pic not of my head but the bolt in question is circled in Red.

Basically wanting to know peoples thoughts on getting a bolt in there, was thinking of going the next size up and tapping the hole or should i try to helicoil it and get a new bolt for it? (as the old one was broken)

Anyone had anything like this happen before?
