Thrust washer failure - chasing some guesstimates, estimates, qualified opinion

    Situation is this
    2005 TypeS DC5 k20a3 Engine
Stage 1 Clutch Kit, lightweight flywheel - ClutchInd

Had a thrust washer failure doing about 5km/hr
Mechanic initially had no clue so advised to take home and bring back next day. So drove another 1.5km with a stopstart grind, not exceeding 30km/ph - slight crunch-unhappiness

The question is...how much scoring do you think will have occured?

Yes, im aware the specific info won't be known until engine completely removed. But it will help with sourcing a new block from East Coast or US.

Mechanic is an idiot to be honest - so sending the car to someone who understands Honda Engines

    Type S DC5's doesn't have a K20a3 motor, so maybe start there.
