That's considerate of you. Much better than them flying into the engines of the planes.

NOOOOO, Kimi, not meant to do that!! Should've been a Williams front row. Then we would've seen a drag race to the first corner to finally see if it's Webber or the car which can't launch. But 1 & 3 a great result for the Williams-BMW team. They're either BACK or they're freaking light!
I guess we'll see tomorrow night.

And congrats to Nick Heidfeld for his first F1 pole at his home GP.

    How interesting is this?

Michael Schumacher was the fastest man on track!
While Kimi, Alonso, Webber, Heinfeld etc are much slower!
Both Ferrari's are quick, but why is Michael in 10th and RUbens in 7th

If they run both Michael and Rubens longer could it work for them?
We know Michael is quick, and with track temps being 50 degree's the Bridgestones should work well.

But well done to Nick for the pole, Webber has to get a good start, if Trulli or Montoya gets ahead of him I think Webber will keep on falling down the order!

Good luck with the tips this week, going to be lots of retirements!

How do you figure that Schuey's quickest? He's been nowhere on the timesheets in practice. His fastest lap so far this weekend is a 1:31.05

i reckon the starts gonna be hilarious, the macs and renaults are gonna fly into the first corner leaving the williams behind haha...

we all know webber cant start for crap...everytime hes qualified high, hes always dropped about 3 places from the start.

still want him to win a race tho, feel sorry for the guy

Webber's starts haven't been the greatest, but everyone know's its mostly the vehicle, Webber said 90% of the works done automatically.

I think the Williams-BMW starts can be put down to a few things.

Firstly engaging the traction control. Sometimes it just stuff up completely and splutters.
Then the traction control itself. They cant get the power to the ground properly.
And then the engine. It clearly doesn't have the power of the others.

Renault have the complete package. You rarely see them splutter off the line and their engine is just incredible. Has so much more drive than the others.

That's my take on it. Feel free to keep blaming Webber, but if you actually watch it carefully, you can break it down and see just where the Renaults have the advantage.... everywhere! Lol.

Lucky for everyone, the Renaults are hard on their tyres.
