issert a window sticker (sticks face first on windows) or do is the bak sticky? like would i have to stick it from the inside of the window or outside?

you have to stick it on the outside of the window

Halo...to everyone. I just purchased my first Honda Civic Ex 2003 which has a fender kit that pretty much sucks got any suggestions? I know absolutely nothing about these car other than they are very dependable and what not. But I'm ready to have some fun with this one. I need info on how to juice up this ride!
