    delsol faster than EK4 ??

    ok, the EM1, EK4 and delsol all share the same engine, b16a2 right ?
    and they weigh:

    EM1 = 1114kg
    delsol = 1114kg
    EK4 = 1131kg

    the power:weight ratio should be the same on both EM1 and delsol, and slightly worse on the EK4..

    then why do people call delsols, delslows, when logically, they're faster than EK4s ?

    EM1 is lighter than the EK4??
    Is the EK4 built with a stronger body or sumthing? Where is the extra 17kg from? (not that its a big deal, just wanna know since the EK is smaller)

    NOTE:

    All GEN3 CRX's (Del-Sol's) sold in AUSTRALIA were B16A2's.

    European, Asian and USA markets recieved both DOHC and SOHC varients.

    Because "logically" people compare a car with its abilities on the track as it is most likely to have all the dynamics of the vehicle tested.

    Throw 3 stock versions on a track with the same driver and come back and tell me which one is quicker.
