How often do you change your air filter?

I've been using this air filter for more than a year now, after I replaced it, the car feels so much better now.... especially the response at light throttle, see the colour difference below.....

I can't find a replacement for my stock air filter . Since mine is the face-lift honda jazz (http://img227.imageshack.us/img227/1605/dsc014291ql.jpg) that one.

And my stock airbox is here

(that square thing bottom left from battery) and k&n doesn't seem to supply one that is squarish in shape)

I heard theres a spoon filter out there? Anyone provide any links?

would it fit the GD5 though?

cos my filter basically looks like

    (that's for a EG6)

    EDIT**

Wait just found it from the mugen site!!

    THAT IS EXACTLY THE ONE!

But I dunno how it performs, nor how do I get hold of one.

    rough description:

Air filter of standard equipment - with exchange type. The advanced air filter which inhalation resistance approximately 12% is decreased - is.

And wonder if it's re-usable as well?

the air box and the filter are from the branch called GD1...... i got them from HK, i was told once that the filter itself is actually produced by Simota..... but new filter makes so much difference, may be because my old filter is really really really dirty....
