    Bump...

IMO the easiest and cheapest conversion for an ED (considering we all got dual carbies) is to stick a D16Y1 motor in it and leave it carburetted... That's what I'll be doing... Either that or going Y1 head on my D15B4 Block, basically a Dual carb mini-me VTEC...

and for anyone who thinks that VTEC and Carbs don't work, you clearly haven't spent much time on 4GUK... There is even a 'how to' guide:
How To - Dual Carb VTEC Mini-Me
    ED6 - D16Y1 Dual Carby VTEC

All Australian delivered ED Civics were PGM-Carb not DPFI. DPFI was a computer controlled single carb released in the states. Noone should be converting from dpfi to mpfi. They'll be swapping PGMCarb to MPFI.

Hey guys - I have got a wreck gen 2 crx that I want to use for getting an ED to efi. What do I need to strip from the crx?
    - Fuel tank
    - Fuel lines
    - Engine Loom
    - Body harness
    - ECU
    - Dash?

Anything else I am forgetting? Also, will the wiring from the crx be plug and play into the ed??

    Thanks.
