new Civic side mirror and bumper questions ...

just wondering ne1 know how to remove the indicator cover on the side mirror? cant find it in the manual.. and where can i find a writen up instruction on removing the front bumper ... coz i'm planing to have hid.

Below reference removing front bumper to install fog light available specific to US 4dr sedan. Not sure this is the same but you get an idea of it.

i got HIDs on my civic and thats how my friend took off my front bumper - like steps 3 & 4 in that pdf. Its not that complicated juss taking out clips and screws, but it takes a some time, and once you get all the clips out, u kinda have to pull realli hard, starting from the corners of the bumper (but make sure all the screws are out first LOL).

its pretty easy.

All the clips you see above the grill.

Screws in the top corners of each fender.

about 8-9 clips under the bumper.

Pull one side down, out and forward and go gently around the headlights.

Check previous posts as its been covered (i know i posted!)

If you get a good HID kit it should take you tops 1.5hours to install and thats taking your time. Ive you do it a second time probably 45mins.
