    afc neo is superceeds the vafc a bit more tuneability..

    you can fit it with aftermarket ecu but if the ecu is fully tuneable why would you ??

    VAFCII cannot alter ignition timing. It can only alter fuel maps and vtec point.

    Aftermarket ECU or even a product like the S100 can alter ignition timing as well.

    No, Neo is the same as VAFCII, but it supposedly cannot alter the VTEC point for i-VTEC engines. But the Neo has a graphical interface, while the VAFCII has just text. So in terms of tunability, the Neo is worse than VAFCII for i-VTEC engines, but are the same for your CRX.

    IMO, for most Vtec Honda's - the VAFC II

    Fuel & Vtec are directly adjustable.
    The tuner needs to be aware that timing is also affected as the MAP senor output is the tuning key.

    but doesnt afc neo have more tuning capability then vafc 2 ??

    afc has 16 point fuel correction whereas the vafc2 only has 12 ...

    but to me i dont know what that means :P
