Changing Rear Struts in CD5...is there a easy way?

hey just wondering if there's some sort of easy way to change the rear struts in a cd5 accord? the strut itself is to big to move around to get out =s

once u have all the necessary bolts undone (should be pincher bolt, sway bar endlink bolt, strut top bolts), u'll need someone or yourself to step down on the wheel hub (dun worry u wont break it - it can hold 1+ tonnes of weight!)

once the wheel hub is stepped on, it shoudl free up some space for the strut to move about. then u can wiggle it around and it'll come out eventually.

be prepared to grunt, curse and groan a bit.
