Try taking it off and giving them a clean with brake cleaner. You don't have to take the brake fluid hoses off, it should be the same procedure as just changing your pads. I also painted my brakes whilst I was at it :\
    thanks for the info..
dont need to spend money on brake pads and rotors just yet!

unfortunately, i have no idea how to take it apart and putting back together...

    Try this: http://forums.clubrsx.com/showthread.php?t=643475

It's for the DC5 but its pretty much the same with the EP3 and most other cars.

Basically, jack car up, take wheel off, remove two bolts and it should come off. Putting it back is just reverse. Hardest part is just getting those bolts off, may help to turn your wheel to one side. Make sure when you assemble it back, that those bolts are tightened to specs (or just really tight...)

Oh and you shouldn't need to push the piston back in unless your changing your pads.

Well I'm using the mugen engine mounts and I find that they are pretty good. You can order them from rhd japan for about $300.
    VTEC? Yes please.

sounds once again like the steering rack needs regreasing. Also you can get hasport mounts for that price and they are firmer mugen is just a little firmer than stock and not worth it IMHO

Posted the exact same problem a few pages back; turned out it was the steering rack needed re-greasing.

As for mounts, apparently mugen is meant to feel like oem mounts :S

White lithium grease is what is used to grease it up just make sire u get it right in there and turn your wheels side to side and apply allround then use a zip tie or a hose clamp to seal it all up again.

just wanted to ask guys if this is the correct O2 sensor for the EP3? http://www.amazon.com/dp/B000C5WCLS/...0_pd_re_dt_dt2
Would it be recommended to replace the secondary O2 sensor at the same time?
