are the volk ce28 multi-stud? Wheels are originally 5x100, will they fit 5x114.3? I've been reading 5x100/5x114.3 everywhere on google

i park the car outside the garage for one night and someone decides its a fun idea to take the garden hose and wrap it 5 times around the knuckle.

i dont even know how they did it cos unless they were from africa they wouldnt even fit under the car to do it.

Ce28s are not multistud. I'm pretty sure the additional holes that are provided are for the clearance of bolt on spacers which have built in studs.
