i think the obvious things you need is door trim, dashboard, carpet (im abit iffy about this), and some plastics...

i stripped a car once (completely gutted) and my dad (driving it) got defected for it. the cop felt bad cause he thought my dad was poor (it was an OLD car) so he gave him a warning defect. lol

hahaha @ being poor. was it completely gutted, like no door trim etc...?
i really want to know cause i come from THE LAND OF DEFECTS (Knox) so i cant take any chances.

its best to speak to an engineer mate, the laws change all the time. thats youre best bet.

and yes i had all of the plastics, door trims, air con unit, centre console and carpet out. i think i only left the roof lining in the car. i cant remember if i ripped off both bumpers but the car was a sore for sight eyes.
