a friend of mine has an AE86 sprinter with 16x8 wheels. i checked the overall stock rolling diameter and it's 590.

what would be a good size rubber to fit to them?

with a 590, it really depends what he wants to do, does he want same size all round or staggered?

a 225/40/16 is 586 so he can use those, or even a 245/35/16 for the rear is a 578 so thats still within range, he could even run 215/45/16 if he wants that stretched look, or for extreme stretch, a 205/45/16 or 50.

so it depends what its used for and the desired look you want to achieve, prices range from 90 to about 170 for all those sizes(all good brands like kumho, toyo, yokohama, no nankangs!) so budget can be met as well.

She wants it for a daily driver, so i guess a 'safe' size would be good. She doesn't want to go the stretched look, something flush would be fine. You suggested 225 would be a good fit, so think we'll go with that. How much would that be? If you have any in stock, can we pick up today?
