250hp atw, whats the best way to go?

I've got a 95 EG5 VTi, with the d16 SOHC. Its getting a bit tired tho, after 275 xxx on the clock.
My target is to get 250hp out of it, but i dont know if its worth rebuilding this motor and going turbo? or maybe get a B series, work it and keep it na?

I know its probably more a matter of personal preference, but im just trying to find out the best way to do it?

    thanks heaps

You can acheive that with a stock B18C (ITR) or B18C (VTIR), even a B16A2, with a decent turbo setup.

you would have difficulty getting 250hp from an NA b16...and the money you spend on a front cut + labour would cover a turbo kit and bottom end build for a d-series. otherwiese b18c ftmfw
