r u using the supposed-white cheap headlights off ebay or something?
firstly try to get some decent light bulbs and navia artatic, or philips crystal vision, they cst more but i can assure u for better bulb life

but man, condensation in the headlight assembly? if more victims appear then we all euro drivers should request for a recall..
