    CRV share the same engine as the Accord Vti?

    As title..

    Does the CRV share the same engine as the Accord Vti?

    Latest accord.. same gbox?

    found my answer ...

    Cant farken believe it..

    they endowed the 1.6ton CRV with a 120kw 2.4ltr motor.. However driving it, it didnt feel all that slow..

    DAMN ... im horrified...

    Atlease place the Euro motor in there...

    Even with the Euro's engine, it will stilll feel similar. You only get the extra 20kW when you go pass 5000rpm. Would you be revving a CRV off like that?

    If i owned one.. i would proabably track it for the sake of testing it out... even just that once....

    Man the Odyssey also gets a 2.4 donk with 118kW, dissapointing...

    yep the current crv, euro, accord vti and odyssey all have k24a variants.
    the trans are similar but not the same

    In south east asia and japan, it comes in a 2.0L version which uses the R20A. The 2.4L version still uses a k24a1.
