ka3 came with a manual in Japan. Wreckers have them sitting around very cheap. Thats your best bet. Most common in 4 door, but seen in a coupe too. Also came in the 86 Turbo legend too.

Check local wreckers, Centre road Clayton etc.

KA3's are coupe, no coupe's other than those in America known as Acura had manual transmissions.
The only Legends in Australia to a have manual transmission were found from 1986-1987 (KA2?) when it was an option. When Honda gave the car a face lift in 1988 the manual gearbox vanished. I guess this was because there weren't many sold.

I don't know where KA5 and KA6 comes into the equation. I believe they are Japanese variants. Such as the Turbo model.

You can also find manual transmissions in the Rover 825 & 827.

As JMSBND said, you can pick one up from a wrecker, I got quoted about $1500 to get everything you need to do a conversion.

Hey Vinnie, you got any pictures of your car?
I did a quick search but couldn't find any...

I have two sedans and I am working on getting a third. (I want a Coupe but I can't find the right one)

EDIT: Feel free to add me on MSN if you want to chat. I am always talking about Legends

Thanks for the offer, but I can't afford that much on a 'normal' Legend with damage.
I bought this one a few months ago for $500 and I am chasing a Turbo one at the moment for $1700.
