Installing Koni dampers in a DC5 is a little more involved than in an earlier Honda. The OEM front struts need to be cut up and the Konis inserted into them. That might explain the more expensive labour cost.

Ive had the koni shocks put in two months ago and im still getting the bouciness and bottoming out feeling.

I have been to countless suspension places and all cant reproduce the problems ive been having, it only happens when going over particular dips in the road not all the time.

Does someone have a standard spring/shock combo that i can borrow just to troubleshoot? Pref in Sydney

by the way i am thinkin of getting TEIN / TANABE adjustable COIL OVER, cost around USD 1,100.00 in Jakarta. is it a good deal? brand new

depends on what you want to achieve. you cannot compare jakarta prices to australian prices.
