Help (Suggestions, pics please) Amp install

I'm going to have my stereo installed tomorrow morning and the original quote was the have it installed on the back of the rear seat...This is okay..but....

Can anyone else think of a place where it would be hidden? Behind a panel? Here are the dimensions:

350 mm x 235 mm x 63.5 mm

Just as long as it doesn't make me remove my spare wheel/tire.

under a seat. false floor. amp rack under the rear parcel shelf. hidden inside the boot on a rear quarter panel side. on the back of your subwoofer box. under the bootlid. under the hood..

depends how much money & imagination you have

discuss it with your installer, im sure theyd have a few ideas for ya.

i always think under the front seats is a good idea as it the amp is easilly accessible without having to open the boot...

no enough air circulation (only apply for high power amps) under the seat and if the amp is long, it will jutt out....

Create a false floor under the boot if you want it hidden. Add a fan for extra air circulation.

Well due to air circulation, seating, etc. I just let them install it in the original place. On the back of the seat. I'm going to pick it up in about an hour or two...so pics will be coming soon...not that you will see anything other than the Amp and HU. Hope it sounds good. The guy was all about trying to sell me another amp + sub...but we will see just how much fill I am missing once I take a listen to it.

you will need something decent to do the low frequencies.... 6X9 or mid bass just dont cut it....

IMHO, either just leave it stock or go all the way... since you are already half way, get a sub/amp

yup a sub adds another dimension to your music. once you get one you wont know how you did without one, and realize how much you were missing out on.

I'm a fan of a sub. Not like massive doof doof down George St and all you hear is bass, but it does add another dimension to your music. And its not as expensive as you might think

just letting you know m8 ive experience this problem. dont ever mount ur amp to ur sub box why? your amp wiring inside the amp might get loose.. when the bass vibration is happening.. what happen to my amp my left rear channel is not working anymore. it work sum times but doesnt work most of the time so i wire my 2 subs in 1 right rear channel.. best place to put the amp is mount it to the rear seat or under the seat. like Tron07 if its a highpowered up put it in the boot best place. Or if your planning to hide it under the floor of ur boot where the spare wheel is screw it there..
