    lol since when did all b swap cost 4k? you need to look around at wreckers.
    a d16y4 engine with wiring loom can be had for like $250...

    stop freaking out lol really not that much of a big job.

    ok, if you look around the forums, there is benjammin who can install the engine for you and do the wiring aswelll, he charged me 350 to swap my
    old engine, swap the new b20vtec, remove my clutch flywheel and gearbox, install into new engine and put on exhaust etc..

    this wrecker sells d16y4's for heaps cheap ($200-400) and does installation for around ~300

    I think right now ill just drop a d in just to get me outa trouble.. then save up and maybe to a b drop later.. atm I wanna be able to drive my civic and not just look at it. And I only got about $1,000 to spend at this moment =]

    remember you have an effin EG civic..... aftermarket supply is never an issue, and one of the largest tuning scene in Oz

    hell for the price of a waterpump on my car replace you could have a whole new engine dropped in....

    Well I don't know how to drop one myself so I gotta pay some one..
    I found a complete d setup for $550.. so I'm happy.. just need to find someone to drop it for me =]

    i have heaps of backyarders numbers if you like they charge around ~300 .. did you try that wrecker ? its best going there and bargaining.
    last time he offered me a b20b engine swap for $200 but i didnt really need it lol.
