Painting the OEM fd2 rims + brake calipers

Anyone here have painted any rims/ calipers themselves, id like some pointers on how to do them professionally ?
What tools would i need? spray cans? taping? sanding paper perhaps? etc

    Covers both questions:

    Calipers:

Or be a hell mad ricer like this guy who's 'protecting' his calipers.

    Rims:
As for the rims, if they're OEM, just pay to get them powder coated, looks better and lasts longer. If your cheap though just spray can them, but just ensure you prep them properly.

Rumor has it, this car didn't even have to be shipped here, it just drove on water.
