free spinning motor? b series. urgent!

I've researched online and it hasn't gave me a proper answer. I need to know if the b18b2 engines in Integra are free spinning? I replaced my timing belt already but apparently it snapped. Please help!! Thanks.

You mean " is a b18b2 a interference motor?"

Meaning the valves will dip to or below the point of the piston at TDC
