Recommendations for double din HU <$300

    Hey guys,

Anyone here used and can recommend a decent branded double din HU. Only requirements really is iPod control (with plug either coming out front or in glovebox), im not planning on running an amp or sub so RCA outputs don't matter, just running the stock speakers off the HU. Touch screen would be a bonus.

I know I can get much better single dins for the price of a shitty double din but its more for looks to fill out the space.

I'm looking at this one atm. thoughts?

its gonna go in this spot of my rolla, the single din just looks funny

I don't like double din headunits... 2-3 times the price of single dins, with the same amount of options... go to about 4 times the price, and you start hitting gps, touch screen, dvd etc. Single dins are better bang for your buck, sound better, look better, etc. Get a custom din thing made up to center the unit, and fill the gaps?

If you're really keen, that double din unit would be fine. I'm not one to support buying from overseas though. I prefer to buy locally, and support the industry.
