'kits' are a good way for noob's to do there OWN turbo work. If you get a setup dont by a workshop u will pay potentially $1000's in labour charges.

Sure its possible to put together a setup urself, gathering used/new parts is something that is very possible and can work very well, but it all depends on how confident you are. I just assumed this guy'sexperience level wasnt up there for a custom kit.
Basic kits are surpirsingly cheap these days, and from experience, i found importing a kit was cheaper then buying the equivelent parts new. Plus i had the confidence everything would fit together first time, and give an OEM quality finish.
