difference b/w b18b and b18c blocks?

Ok, scrapping the LS VTEC part then, would a motor consisting of a b16a head, b18b block, be better or worse than a motor consisting of a b16a head with b18c block??

the B16A head + B18B block would be better for NA power and torque IMO...
