Is this a diffuser on stock rear?

Anyone here have a Lower Tie bar?
Im looking at getting one but scared it sits too low and might get caught onto something while I'm driving

No Type R for me. Waiting to find a Modulo! Type R, Mugen & Mugen RR too mainstream

Guess this is where it divides us apart. I would not have a fd any other way without a type r or mugen spoiler.

If I was building my FD for Track/Functional I would go with a big wang. Im going for a clean look atm.
More of a simple or a OEM + Type of look. Plus, 7/10 Modified FDs around here has Mugen RR Kit.
I dont want to be "Another FD with Mugen RR" I wanna be different
