I dont think I will be taking it off any time soon. However, can I still use a stanley knife and slice it off? (I will only apply Sikaflex in a small area about 10 cm long) LOL

Went and bought some double sided foam tape from bunnings.

Took the door trim off (after watching bullshit YouTube vids)

Once the trim was off I couldn't see many places that the tape would benefit. Put some in various places anyway.

Didn't you say the rattling noise comes from the driver's side, lol why would you open up passenger side. I would start with applying foam tape around where the speaker makes contact with its housing if I were you

the left door had a slight rattle too.... so i did that first just incase i ****ed up and had to drive the car around with the trim off.

but anyway IT WORKED WONDERS!! the only youtube videos were from american dudes with only one screw to un-do. ours have two screws (and the normal ones you pop out)

so i put Project Pat in.. pumped da bass up.. and its tight as ****. like new.

thanks again to whoever said use foam tape.
