Our Accord V6's windscreen washer is a bit peculiar in that the jets of water from the driver's side shoots onto the wiper arm momentarily before the wiper arm actually moves. After the arm moves away, the water actually aims perfectly, but when the arms are in the "off" position and if the water is sprayed, the water is blocked by the wiper arm.
