Roof opening really slow

hi guys my roof on my s2k is openning really really slow and closes really really slow it start happening after i reset my ecu,

when closing i have to use my hand and help pull it close

hmmm
i reset my ecu not 2 long ago and i havent had any problems with the soft top
does it do it when the cars on?
bcuz ive noticed sometimes that if i jus put it down with the ignition only on..it goes down slow or goes up slow aswell
but not 2 the point where i have 2 pull it with my hand
check that maybe something isnt restricting the folding in the softtop or there isnt anything weighing it down

Maybe one of the motor's isn't working properly? Check the fuses for the softop motors.

check the grounding.... if its not grounded properly.. it does that...

checked fuse not blown how to i check ground,

when car is on or off roof takes about 12 secs to close

unplugged the roof controller located under passenger dash and plugged it back in and it fixed the problem
