Hey guys, my name's Tom.
I'm currently 18, and have a silver 5 Sp Manual 2000 Civic GLi sedan sitting out front.
Stock as a pebble.

Unfortunately, I don't have my Ps. So it's doing absolutely nothing on the lawn. GRR.
25th of March is the date.

Prior to the purchase of my car, I had been reading up A LOT on Civics on OH.
I do in fact love this forum.
I had a bit of free time so I thought I'd make an account here.

Anyway, the Civic will be my daily driver, so I'm hoping that I'll be able to gather enough money from a part time job for some mild and tasteful mods.

Not even sure if I'm allowed to touch the engine or sussy whilst on Ps.

Hoping to learn tons more about cars through this forum.

as Chriskoss said do not speed....i kept 5-10kph under at all times
no your not really allowed to do many mods at all when on your p's...but people do it anyway, if you are going to mod make your car a sleeper so it is less likely of getting caught.

Yep, I vote just keep it stock and enjoy stock goodness on your P's. Unwanted attention is not recommended at this stage. You'll learn to enjoy the car as it is and after about a year or so you will be at one with the car. Then slowly start modifying as you wish.

Car looks great, but im with Troy. Just enjoy it for the first year orso. In that time you'll know 10x more than what you know now and you'll have time to save the $$$ to do it properly first time.
