Nah these aren't cams...not planning on changing the cams anyways. A guy at work says he has a 2nd hand pair of Spoon drums. He says he will fit them for me all up for $800. I cant find anything on the net though. Just wanted to see some reviews.

Damn...this is staring to sound like I'm getting jacked.... I was really getting excited about these brakes ay. He talked them up alot. He did actually mention that disc brakes conversion on eg civic is expensive.

Relax man. At the end of the day you've come to the right place and got the information you need, jokes aside. This bloke at work is either a moron who previously paid over $800 for 'Spoon' drums, or he's just a thief-to-be. Sounds like the latter. Bastards like this exist everywhere, sometimes right under your nose, but at least you found out before he made away with your hard earned cash. Just make sure you take your time relieving him for his lunch break or something. Maybe even put a nail under his tyre lol :)

If you want to modify your car then by all means do so. It's a lot of fun. Give me a message if you want some help :)

rear disc conversion for Gli is $300max from a wrecker and pretty easy to fit yourself =)

as everyone else said it's pretty cheap and EASY to get VTi/Si rear discs and convert yourself.. or say $500 to supply AND convert.

LOL. Man, this guy at your work has some weird ideas.. There would be absolutely 0% increase in your braking performance by upgrading the drums, unless you plan to "HIT DA E-BRAKE AND POW-OVA".
