My cars 100,000km service is coming up and i was wondering what people would recommend getting done?? This car is driven every day, and quite often fairly hard. Car is 96 civic vtir manual.
Atm i am going to:
Chance engine and gearbox oil, oil filter.
Clutch and Brake fluid "bleed", and brake pads.
Coolant.
timing belt.
Any help on the subject would be appreciated.

i would recommend, water pump, alternater belt, check your control arm bushes, and your cv joints for leaks.
and top up all fluids

when was the fuel filter done? and airfilter?
if you are doing the timing belt do the water pump.
have a look at the service guide in your glove box its the thin book with the all the servicing requirments for each service that will tell you what u need to do for 100,000 service.

i have the log book, and the air filter has been done. I was after things that were a little more than the basic, and that are good to be replaced and looked at. Especially since the vehicle is driven hard often.
Any opinions based on experience and such...
fluids, oil, fuel filter, timing belt and water pump - cos the water pump is only accessible when the timing belt is out. so if u change it in future, u gonna have to pay for labour again. maybe spark plugs too... and check ur brake pads, if worn then change them... oh, and wipers ;)
i'm getting mine done atm too, and i think that's all i'm doin...
